I checked out PostBidWin and really like what they have to offer. I joined the site, posted my portfolio and immediately began bidding on freelance work. There are alot of Graphic Designers on the site and they seem to have a hands on approach.

I have joined a few services like postbidwin in the past and have just been lost in the mix. Postbidwin offers a smaller talent pool that allows me to stand out, and have my portfolio viewed more frequently. I like the site because it is specific to the design industry and it is not just another large freelance job site like Guru.
