When Their procedures for cancelling the service require the credit card information to be updated.</description>

		<description>Heh...I had the opposite problem with Blogomania.  They stopped charging my card one month and never started again.  After trying to contact them many times over the next few months I was finally told the billing person had broken her wrist or something and was behind.  WTF?  One person in charge of something like that and nobody filling in?
Anyway, after trying to pay them for about 9 months and never getting a straight answer back and my mail server being down at least once a day, i just got a new host, deleted all my stuff from their servers, and moved on.  I saw no need to cancel my service because I was not paying anyway!

Terrible place to host.  They seemed very nice in the beginning though.</description>

Unfortunately it was all too late before I realized all the extra bills and they don&#039;t respond to any communications from me to give me a refund.
